Finding a healthy balance between your personal and professional lives can be a challenging feat. On this episode of Dentistry’s Growing with Grace, Grace Rizza sits down with Karen Tindall of Balanced Doctor to discuss ways to improve your life and feel more fulfilled in the process.
Karen would like dentists and dental professionals to understand what coaching is about. The term coach is very ambiguous and easily confused. Karen can explain the difference between a coach, mentor, consultant, and therapist. She explains how coaching can help dentists, how to choose a credentialed coach, and the importance of having balance in your life.
About Karen Tindall

Karen is a member of the Physicians Coaching Alliance. She works with clients all over the United States and overseas.

Together they will be found supporting their daughters’ volleyball teams, out on a dog walk, or relaxing outside in the fresh air. Karen has a strong interest in giving back to the community. She has held volunteer positions at Riding for the Disabled (UK), Horses for Healing, and Arkansas Children’s Northwest.
